Miniature Christmas Ornaments
Miniature Christmas Ornaments have been something I have enjoyed every since I first saw my great grandmothers small Christmas Tree that was set in a music box stand from Germany. To a child a rotating tree was delight enough but to have it covered in small ornaments and to play music as it turned was almost too much for me. It has passed down through the family and now comes out in December to grace a table in our home and to fascinate the new children who visit. It is a magical icon of sorts and much loved.
It was a logical step for Karen and I to branch our Christmas offerings into the area of miniature ornaments. We needed to find some to add to our own tree and we had had requests from customers for small ornaments for their trees. With the timing right we selected a group of miniature ornaments that we felt would hark back to their origins as well as to bring in the more contemporary pieces that todays technologies allow. So what you will find on this site is a blending of the old and the new.I hope you enjoy them.
